Our team consists of several people, each responsible for their department: warehouse, customer service, sales, reviews, marketing, and complaints. They handle everything related to your orders. We also care about the privacy of both you and our team, so we do not share any data with unrelated third parties.

You’ll find only carefully selected products with us because we value high quality. Our offer is not like all the others. We listen to customer feedback, read all suggestions, and try to meet the most popular needs. We operate legally, so you will always receive the appropriate document for your purchases. We do not trade your data! Order forms contain necessary information due to shipping and legal requirements, and the data is used solely for order fulfillment. You have full control over your data thanks to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which contain no prohibited clauses.

All products we sell meet the legal requirements of Poland and the EU. WE DO NOT IMPORT PRODUCTS FROM ASIA. Our offer may differ from markets such as the USA, as different norms and regulations apply there. WE DO NOT SELL products from the banned list, which is a priority for our operations.

How Do We Operate?

You can contact us if needed, and we always respond to every inquiry. We respect you, so we ask for the same courtesy in return. All policies and terms of cooperation can be found in the store’s footer (at the very bottom). Every order placed on a business day is packed within 24h because we keep stock in our warehouse. Our inventory rotates and we do not sell expired or low-quality products. Special orders marked “on request” are usually fulfilled within 7–14 business days. We know your needs — sometimes you need a delivery on Saturday, so weekend parcel lockers are available for order on selected days.

We prepare all shipments discreetly to ensure comfort during pickup. We use InPost parcel lockers 24/7 and couriers. Our packages do not reveal their contents and are securely packed. These are cardboard boxes without branding, and the shipping label does not include our store name. No one will know what’s inside when the package is sealed.
