Withdrawal from the Contract
If you are a so-called privileged buyer, meaning:
A) a consumer
or
B) a natural person for whom the contract you concluded with us is directly related to your business activity, but is not of a professional nature for you
- as a rule, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal, for example via email to: sklep@poppersfun.pl.
You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract.
The 14-day period for withdrawal begins from the moment you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods. In the case of a contract involving multiple goods delivered separately, in batches or in parts – the period begins upon taking possession of the last good, batch, or part.
Sending the withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Please return the goods to us promptly at the following address: InPost Parcel Locker KRA54M (ul. Czerwone Maki 33, next to Jysk), but no later than 14 days after the day you withdrew from the contract.
We will refund your payments promptly, in accordance with the Store Terms and Conditions, and no later than 14 days from the date of receiving your statement of withdrawal.
If we have not offered to collect the goods from you ourselves, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back – whichever occurs first.
Please note that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts concerning:
- non-prefabricated goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
- goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life;
- goods delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned once opened due to health or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery;
- sealed audio or video recordings or computer software once unsealed after delivery.

Complaints
The following applies to so-called privileged buyers. If you are not one, please refer to our Store Terms and Conditions for more information regarding complaints.
If we improperly fulfill the contract concluded with you, you have the right to file a complaint – preferably by email to: sklep@poppersfun.pl or by post to: ul. Nowa 7, 63-910 Dąbrowa.
As a rule, we are liable for any non-conformity of the goods with the contract that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of that moment.
According to the Consumer Rights Act, you may in such a case request:
a) replacement of the goods
or
b) repair of the goods.
In certain cases, you may also:
a) withdraw from the contract
or
b) submit a statement to reduce the price
